At the heart of Great Wave Careers is personalised, 1:1 support. We work with people who are feeling stuck, uncertain, lacking direction and who are ready to be more intentional about their future. Our approach creates space to slow things down, make sense of uncertainty, and build clarity in a way that feels grounded and achievable.
Alongside individual sessions, we also deliver group workshops and public speaking for a variety of community and corporate organisations. These sessions are designed to spark reflection, build confidence, and support people to think differently about their future, wellbeing, and sense of direction.
What’s Included in 1:1 Sessions
Every coaching journey is personal, but most follow a shared rhythm. Here’s what you can expect along the way.
Session 1: Connect
We take time to understand you, your story, experiences, values, and what truly matters. This session helps build clarity around what motivates you and where you’d like to grow.
Session 2: Disover
Together, we identify your strengths, interests, and transferable skills. We begin connecting the dots between what you enjoy, what you’re good at, and the opportunities that align with your values.
Session 3: Explore
We start shaping possible directions and pathways, considering both your personal and professional goals. This is where things begin to take form. Where purpose meets possibility.
Session 4: Action
You’ll leave with a clear, realistic action plan and renewed confidence in your direction. The focus is on practical next steps, useful tools, and feeling empowered to move forward.
Investment: $900.
The full career development program includes four x 90-minute sessions delivered over a structured and supportive timeframe (typically 8 weeks). This package provides comprehensive, evidence-informed career guidance, personalised strategy development and practical tools to support meaningful, sustainable next steps.
