My career has always focused on empowering others, from supporting young people and families through wellbeing and community programs to leading teams and national initiatives that create lasting, positive impact. With over 15 years of experience in leadership, career development, and community engagement, I have seen firsthand how clarity, purpose, and the right support can transform lives.
 

I founded Great Wave Careers to support people through change, helping them discover their why and move forward with confidence. This may involve a career pivot, professional growth, or reconnecting with passion and meaning in their work. Outside of coaching and program design, I enjoy life’s adventures with my wife, children, and our dog, often near the beach or out on a camping trip.
