Great Wave Careers offers personalised career development that meets young adults where they are, not where society expects them to be. Our approach is strengths-based, evidence-informed, and grounded in the belief that all young adults possess the qualities to reach their potential (even if they don't know it yet). Our support sessions offer a mixture of career counselling, coaching, mentoring and advising, to ensure they are personalised and outcomes focussed - turning uncertainty into clear and achievable next steps.

Research shows that approximately half of young adults experience high levels of career uncertainty and anxiety, so it’s completely normal to feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed. If career uncertainty goes unsupported, it can erode confidence, motivation, self esteem and overall wellbeing - causing worry and distress in young adults, parents and carers. In addition to this, free career services are often limited, generic, and difficult to access, resulting in young adults falling through the gaps during key periods of their development.
